It have been 4 months since my holiday to Japan. It was a 2 week trip and Takayama was one of my destinations . Me and my friends took a higashiyama walking course which connect all major sights of this small town. There're temples and shrines along the route. All of them are connected so we didn't spend much time on the main walkway. We got a bit lost and walked past this stairs which leaded to the big graveyard behind a temple. I like how the man-made things and nature seemed to merge together here , and how the various kind of lovely plants and flowers were gathered under the pine trees.
